Help document WPCC’s story by uploading photos of members in action at events, outings, and meetings. Images will be reviewed and added to our gallery and archive. You can submit up to 50 images per submission, and you’re welcome to upload more by breaking them into batches—one submission per event at a time. Images can be uploaded by dragging and dropping them into the Image Files tool or by selecting multiple files using the “Browse Files” option. If you have more than 50 images, simply create an additional upload using the same information to submit the remaining files. LICENSE GRANT: By submitting photographs to the Washington Park Camera Club (“Licensee”), the submitting photographer (“Licensor”) grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and revocable license to use the submitted photographs solely for purposes of displaying them on the Club’s website and online gallery, and for inclusion in printed or digital materials related to Club events, activities, exhibitions, or membership promotion. OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT: The Licensor retains full copyright and ownership of the submitted photographs, and this agreement does not constitute a transfer of copyright. ATTRIBUTION: The Licensee agrees to provide appropriate credit to the Licensor wherever the photographs are used. COMMERCIAL USE: No commercial or revenue-generating use of the photographs shall occur without the Licensor’s prior written consent and a separately negotiated agreement. REVOCATION AND REMOVAL: The Licensor may revoke this license and request removal of their photographs at any time by emailing the President of the Washington Park Camera Club at [insert email address], including sufficient information to identify the image(s) in question. AUTHORITY TO GRANT LICENSE: By submitting, the Licensor affirms that they are the rightful copyright holder or otherwise legally authorized to grant the rights described above.
