Wings and Talons is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. Dedicated to the care and conservation of birds of prey, their mission is rooted in education, stewardship, and the preservation of raptors—both in captivity and in the wild. Through year-round educational programs and partnerships with like-minded organizations, Wings and Talons plays a vital role in protecting these incredible creatures.
Several WPCC members are exploring the idea of a group photography outing to Wings and Talons on Saturday, May 31, 2025, for a unique opportunity to photograph these majestic birds up close. The private time slot being offered to the club will be between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
Final plans and costs will be based on member interest and attendance. The suggested donation per participant will be determined by the number of attendees (maximum of 25 people; approximately $25 to $60), with 100% of proceeds supporting the care of resident raptors.
