WPCC Washington Park Archive Project; Unique Opportunity and Responsibility.
Recognizing the unique opportunity of our camera club location on a historic landmark since
1955, WPCC members felt a duty to document Washington Park’s history and surrounding
community before the Obama Center construction.

Reorganizing after the pandemic lock down, dedicated members created on-line files and photography contracts; photographed Washington Park area people, historic structures and park to be preserved in the WPCC archives. Committee members will show and describe Archive Project photographs and discuss membership involvement.
