PROTOCOL FOR THE IMAGE CRITIQUE SESSION

  • Members must upload their images for the critique via this web page on (OR prior to) the due date for submissions.
  • The entire club will have a chance to participate in the critique session.
  • The name of the maker of the image will not be revealed during the critique session.
  • A designated member of the club will acknowledge participants who wish to comment on an image.
  • Critique images will be deleted from the club’s system after the session.

UPLOADING IMAGES FOR CRITIQUE:

  1. Web Submission:
    • Members must use the club’s designated web page to submit their images.
    • The web page will ask for the following information:
    • First and Last Name and Email Address
    • Image Uploads (4 upload fields, one image per field)
  2. Image Selection and Order:
    • Members do not need to rename their photos before uploading. The system will assign the anonymity numbers.
    • Images will be submitted through the web page, and Image 1 and Image 2 should be the most important, as these will be critiqued first.
    • Image 3 and Image 4 will be critiqued in the second round if time permits.
  3. Image Processing:
    • Images may be preprocessed or post-processed before submission.
  4. After the Critique:
    • The images will be automatically removed from the club’s system after the critique session is complete.
