By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree that the Washington Park Camera Club (“WPCC”) will collect and use my personal information—including name, contact details, and membership information—for the purpose of managing my membership, communicating about club activities, and administering club programs and events.
WPCC will take reasonable steps to protect my personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. My information will be stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to fulfill membership purposes or meet legal obligations, after which it will be deleted or destroyed.
My personal information will not be sold, rented, or shared for commercial purposes. Access is limited to authorized club officers and committee members who require it to perform their duties.
If I provide an emergency contact, I confirm that I have obtained that person’s consent to share their details with WPCC for emergency use only.
I understand that I may request to review, correct, or delete my information at any time by contacting privacy@wpcc-chicago.org.
If I reside outside the United States (including the EU or UK), my information may be stored in the United States and processed according to these same principles in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
