Preserve and celebrate the Club’s rich history Documents member contributions, iconic photos, and key events.
Process applications Update the Club Directory monthly. Send birthday shout-outs and cards. Offer support during personal events.
Coordinating with other committees and persons, assemble and distribute the Club’s periodic newsletter.
Document club and community events Coordinate photography requests with president and program committee Schedule volunteer photographers.
Foster mentor-mentee relationships to improve photography skills. Provide guidance on camera use, shooting techniques, and editing.
Enhance members’ skills through activities. Organize meetings with photo challenges, field trips, and workshops. Host expert and member-led sessions.
Organizes the Christmas and the End of the Year Banquets. Coordinates with the President and Program Committee.
Modernize club technology and equipment. Manage virtual event setups and on-site competition gear.
Gather information and make recommendations, about the budget and finances of the club
Coordinate efforts with other committees to ensure a successful celebration.
