2023 Holiday Banquet

Date: Friday, December 15, 2023

Time: 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Location: Ruby Brownstone’s Infinity, 10244 S. Vincennes Avenue, Chicago, IL 60643 (see the map below)

Cost: $60 per person – Due BEFORE November 15, 2023.

RSVP:

• Please RSVP using the form below without delay. Your prompt response is imperative. All payments must be RECEIVED no later than November 15th to guarantee your participation. Your cooperation is crucial for an accurate headcount.

Payments:

• Due BEFORE November 15, 2023.
• Payment can be made by using Zelle to Carol Neal (via her email) or check mailed to her address (both of which are on the Membership Directory). 
• If sending a check please make sure she received it BEFORE November 15^th. 
• If you are requesting a vegetarian meal you must pay before November 15, 2023.  NO vegetarian meals will served to anyone who has not paid and ordered BEFORE November 15^th.*
