DESCRIPTION:WPCC Constitution – Article II – Membership – SECTION 5 – Dues of current and new members must be received by October 1st. Any member deemed delinquent in dues payment shall be notified by the Treasurer whereupon the member is expected to remit delinquent dues no later than November 1st. Failure to meet this requirement will result in referral to the Executive Committee for consideration of membership cancellation. New members\, accepted to the membership at any time after January 1st will pay half the current annual membership dues as a one-time exception. New members thereafter will pay dues by October 1st. To participate in any club activities\, including participation in the competition\, members must be in good standing. As autumn arrives\, the city transforms with vibrant shades of green\, brown\, orange\, and red\, creating a picturesque landscape that is truly breathtaking.This month’s photography challenge invites members to capture images that depict the essence of autumn through its remarkable color palette. While the choice of subject is entirely yours\, please ensure your photographs highlight the beautiful autumn colors mentioned above.  \n\n\n\nSelect your three best images that showcase autumn colors. Each participating member will present a brief\, 30-second story explaining each image during the Show & Tell session. \n\n\n\nThe Show & Tell will take place on Tuesday\, November 11th\, immediately following the monthly business meeting. \n\n\n\nA link for submitting your images will be sent to you via email. \n\n\n\nPlease submit your images no later than Sunday\, November 9th.

DESCRIPTION:This month\, we’ll be pairing up to explore the art of portrait photography. Each member will take turns as both photographer and model\, experimenting with different lighting—from natural and golden hour to nighttime shots. Paired partners will be matched during our October 28th meeting. \n\n\n\nChoose a location that inspires you. Outdoor spots are great while the weather lasts\, but indoor spaces like museums\, zoo houses\, or even your own home can work just as well. At-large members may photograph a non-member\, or try a creative self-portrait (with a camera\, not a cellphone selfie). \n\n\n\nBring your three best images and be ready to share a short 30-second story about each during our Show & Tell. \n\n\n\n📅 Tuesday\, December 23rd🕖 Right after the monthly business meeting \n\n\n\nA link for submitting your images will be sent to you via email. Competition will begin promptly at 6:30pm. \n\n\n\nPrint competition is every other month. Therefore submission of prints are as follows: \n\n\n\nSmall print 11×14 – 1 B&W per month. 1 Color per month. Total 4 prints \n\n\n\nLarge print 16×20 – 1 B&W per month. 1 Color per month.
