SUMMARY:WPCC Archive Committee Presentation
DESCRIPTION:Slide presentation of Washington Park Community sites. \n  \nWPCC Washington Park Archive Project; Unique Opportunity and Responsibility.\nRecognizing the unique opportunity of our camera club location on a historic landmark since\n1955\, WPCC members felt a duty to document Washington Park’s history and surrounding\ncommunity before the Obama Center construction. \nReorganizing after the pandemic lock down\, dedicated members created on-line files and photography contracts; photographed Washington Park area people\, historic structures and park to be preserved in the WPCC archives. Committee members will show and describe Archive Project photographs and discuss membership involvement. \n  \n  \n
