Images are scored between 6 to 9:

  • 6 = Needs Improvement…better composition, exposure and/or sharpness 7 = Average…good composition, exposure and sharpness
  • 8 = Above Average…great composition, exposure and sharpness
  • 9 = WOW…fantastic image. Difficult subject conditions handled above expectations. Outstanding composition, exposure and sharpness.
  • 10 = Perfection…there is no such thing as a perfect image

NOTE: There are times when it is more desirable to have an image or part of an image out of focus or not sharp. The trick is to know when, where and how much to use this option. Experience is the best teacher.
